14-day withdrawal

Consumers may notify us that they wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. Contact carlodecillis@gmail.com before returning an item and include the order number.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with their original packaging and any labels. Trying on a garment as you would in a shop is permitted. We may reduce the refund where handling has diminished the item’s value.

Made-to-order products

UWAGA garments are produced on demand, but standard non-personalised products remain eligible for statutory withdrawal rights. Products made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded where permitted by law; any such exclusion will be stated before purchase.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return cost. Original standard delivery charges are refunded where required by law; supplementary express costs are not. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of dispatch.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photographs. Where confirmed, UWAGA will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover reasonable return costs. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Model withdrawal notice

You may copy and send the following text by email:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [product and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date].

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. The appropriate return address will be confirmed for the order concerned.

Legal guarantee

The right of withdrawal is separate from the legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, contact us promptly and describe the issue. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
