Overview

These terms apply to purchases from UWAGA through uwaga.me. By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.

Products and images

We aim to describe garments accurately. Screen colours, print placement and the appearance of on-demand printing may vary slightly within normal production tolerances. Such minor variations are not defects.

Orders and payment

Prices and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued, subject to payment authorisation and product availability. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an evident pricing error, fraud concern or production impossibility.

Production, delivery and returns

Products are made on demand. The Shipping and Returns pages form part of these terms. Estimated dates are not guarantees, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

UWAGA artwork, photographs, text, marks and site content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, UWAGA is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Governing law and contact
