Production and delivery

UWAGA garments are produced on demand. Production normally takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. During launches, holidays or exceptional demand, production may take longer.

Destinations and delivery estimates

Available destinations and services are shown at checkout. After production, estimated transit is normally 2–7 business days within Italy and the European Union, and 5–15 business days for other supported destinations. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping cost

The exact cost is calculated and displayed before payment. Tracking is provided when available. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Taxes and duties

Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes or carrier fees remain the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Address, delays and damage

Customers must provide a complete address. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch. For unusual tracking delays, loss or damage, contact carlodecillis@gmail.com with the order number and photographs where relevant.
